Sinister Doctrine of the Duty to Pray to GOD

A duty is something you are obligated to do simply because it is right - you will be punished if you don't do it. To do it out of the fear of punishment means you are not committed to duty. It is only avoiding punishment you care about. A duty stands whether you agree with it or not. It is a form of compulsion.

The Church says we have a duty to pray to God. It says he deserves our love and worship for the love he has lavished on us. So we owe it to him to pray. Even when we do not pray we pray in the sense that we have offered up all we do for God.

Prayer has to put God’s will first in order to be acceptable to him. If it doesn’t it is blasphemous. But we know that people matter not religion or God which means prayer, it is morally acceptable, is only acceptable if it is human-centred.

Hypothetically, if you have to choose between God and his will and you have only the one choice it would have to be God. It cannot be his will for God is more than his will. That love would mean that any benefit you get from God does not matter at all and the true love of God is willing to embrace everlasting torment if it is needed to help him.

A person cannot win with prayer. If it is devotion to God that is fanaticism or putting faith before people. If it is not, it is an attempt to fool a God and to expect help from him when you don’t respect him.

We know that it is fanaticism to impose duties on people they do not have or are not proven to have. You cannot prove a person really has a duty to pray. It is trying to compel and it is threatening punishment on the person. Prayer then is evil for it presents itself as a duty.

Prayer cannot be a joy if it is a duty. Those who are enjoying it are idolaters. They adore a version of God not God.
